Pay & Jobs Huddle

I'm a hygienist in Pennsylvania considering a move and want to know what things to look for in a job offer. I've only ever worked at the current office I am at (private practice, 4 years employed) so I really have no idea where to start. Any help is appreciated!

I am new grad Hygienist and have made connections with some hygiene recruiters. It has been a mixed bag of experiences but each one claims their office or company is the best. What should I be asking them so I don't end up in a situation I regret?

Do any of you have unlimited PTO at your jobs? Do you like it or would you rather have a set amount of days? I like my set amount of days because then I’ll make sure I use them all.

Finally an empty nester with kids in college. I have been considering wrapping up my career doing some travel work now that I have a bit of freedom. What should I consider before making this jump purely based on the attractive compensation?
